RANDY ZELLMER
ATTORNEY
Since 1981, Randy has assisted buyers, sellers, lenders and borrowers in all aspects of real estate sales, acquisitions and development. He is a certified Real Property Law Specialist of the MN State Bar Association and has his LL.M in Taxation, helping clients with their 1031 Like-Kind Exchanges. Go Mavs!
Jessica Carr-Maul
PARALEGAL
As our staff paralegal, Jessica assists Randy with all forms of legal documentation drafting and works hand-in-hand with him and our 1031 Exchange clients. Jessica also assists with bookkeeping as it relates to client invoicing and receivables.
Vicki Wilner
TITLE ASSISTANT
Vicki also joins us from Title Resources. She handles all construction draw processing and disbursement services. Vicki works closely with the clients and Gina to assists with pre- and post-closing file matters, in addition to preparation of title commitments, opinions and reports. She has received her Title Examiner certification through Old Republic Title Company.
