Since 1981, Randy has assisted buyers, sellers, lenders and borrowers in all aspects of real estate sales, acquisitions and development. He is a certified Real Property Law Specialist of the MN State Bar Association and has his LL.M in Taxation, helping clients with their 1031 Like-Kind Exchanges. Go Mavs!
Jessica Carr-Maul

As our staff paralegal, Jessica assists Randy with all forms of legal documentation drafting and works hand-in-hand with him and our 1031 Exchange clients. Jessica also assists with bookkeeping as it relates to client invoicing and receivables.
